01 — Scope
These terms apply to all products, services, templates, and interactions provided by Swiss Pro. By using any part of our platform—whether browsing, testing, building, or launching. you agree to the following terms and conditions. They define the rules for how we work, what we offer, and what we expect in return. These terms are valid globally and apply to all users unless a custom agreement is made in writing. We may update them over time to reflect changes in features, law, or structure. When that happens, we’ll communicate clearly and keep things transparent. If you continue using Swiss Pro after any update, it means you accept the new version. If not, you may stop using the platform at any time. We keep things simple, honest, and fair—these terms help make that possible.
02 — Access
To use Swiss Pro, you may need to register, create an account, or activate a license depending on the product or service. Access is limited, non-exclusive, and meant for your own use or your team’s. Please don’t copy, resell, reverse-engineer, or misuse any part of the system. We offer flexible tools, but they come with responsibility. Most features are self-service, but some may require support from our team. In any case, we aim to keep things smooth, fair, and efficient for everyone using the platform.
03 — Ownership
All content, design, code, systems, and creative work within Swiss Pro is owned by us unless clearly stated otherwise. That includes templates, animations, UI patterns, written content, and backend systems. You’re granted usage rights based on your plan or license, but that doesn’t include ownership or resale rights. For client work or custom builds, rights are defined individually in writing. We value your ideas and input, but any suggestions or feedback you provide may be used to improve our product without compensation or credit. Ownership stays clear to keep things clean on both sides. yours and ours.
04 — Payment
All prices are shown clearly on our website or shared in custom offers. You pay in advance for products, licenses, or subscriptions, unless a different agreement is in place. Subscription plans renew automatically unless you cancel beforehand. If a payment fails, we may pause or limit access until it’s resolved. Taxes, if applicable, are your responsibility. We don’t charge hidden fees or lock you into things. If there’s a billing issue, just reach out. we’ll sort it. We want payment to be smooth and fair, without surprises. and if you don’t pay, michi our strongest team member will find and hurt you.
05 — Privacy
We respect your privacy and protect your data. We only collect what’s needed to run our platform, track performance, and improve your experience. This may include account info, usage stats, and basic analytics. We don’t sell data or share it with third parties unless required by law. Our services use trusted tools and vendors that follow current data protection standards. You can ask what data we have on you, and request changes or deletion at any time. We believe privacy should be the default, not a feature. Your trust means everything to us. and we take it seriously.
06 — Liability
Swiss Pro is provided as-is, without warranties of any kind. We do our best to keep things stable, secure, and reliable, but we can’t guarantee perfection. We’re not liable for indirect damage, loss of data, or issues caused by misuse. Some tools may still be in beta or under active development, use them accordingly. If something breaks or goes wrong, tell us. We’ll always try to fix it fast. But we can’t be held responsible for every edge case or outcome. Use your best judgment. and reach out when in doubt. We may update these terms as we grow or improve Swiss Pro. If we make big changes, we’ll let you know via email, platform message, or website update. You’re responsible for reviewing the latest version now and then, especially before using new features. Continued use of Swiss Pro means you accept any updates. If you disagree with a change, you can cancel your account or license anytime. No hard feelings. We aim to stay transparent and fair, no matter what stage we’re in. Change is part of progress. we just make sure it’s clear when it happens.
